Well maybe it wasn't actually the "star". It was really just a
prop, used in a photo shoot for a German clothing sales catalog.
On a 95 degree day in July, on the shore of a scenic little lake in
Putnam County, NY, statuesque models posed all day in and around the
Midget, wearing the latest fall attire - wool blazers, gloves,
etc. Ain't show business glamorous? Anyway, it was very
cool to have my car involved. For myself, my work schedule didn't
allow me to be there, so fellow 1500 owner (and team.net
and OSHIT member) Chris King drove
the car to the location and hung out with the "hot chicks" all day on
the lake. He took these pictures to document the day...
